8th World Chess Composing Tournament of the FIDE
INVITATION
The World Chess Compositions Tournament is a long-established team event that enables composers from all over the world to compete at international level with new chess problems and studies on set themes. Seven such tournaments have been held to date, with enthusiastic worldwide participation. The 8th WCCT is now announced, and I have pleasure in inviting all countries affiliated to FIDE to register for this competition and take part in an event that promises to be even more popular and successful than its predecessors.
